Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the *original condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached within 30 days of the proof of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned for example we do not accept returns on jewellery, underwear or swimwear.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To make a return please use our contact form. When contacting us please include your order number, full name and contact telephone number that was used in your original order.

For all returns and exchanges we cannot refund the cost of any shipping.
*Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing makeup or perfume / deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item.

We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

How to Return an Item

Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

They must be in original condition
For clothing, unwashed and unworn
In the original packaging
Free gifts, underwear, swimwear or promotional items are not returnable!

Are there any charges for return?
There are no charges for return
Original shipping charges are non-refundable

How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@nofixedabode.net
